Designed for mulch and conventional sowing, the system ensures optimal depth control even in demanding conditions. The heavy sowing unit allows additional pressure up to 100 kg per unit, while large Ø410 mm gauge wheels provide accurate ground contour following.

A slim coulter creates a clean furrow for precise seed placement, with quick-fit tips available for maize or sugar beet. Seed covering is achieved with an intermediate press wheel and adjustable V-press wheel for strong emergence.

The HD-II seeding heart features a seal-free design, reducing friction, wear, and maintenance. The seed disc rotates with the vacuum chamber, ensuring consistent airflow, low power demand, and reliable performance.

GEOCONTROL – Cost saving with immediate payback

Seeding with GPS and GEOCONTROL in combination with an electric driven precision drill is a major step towards precision and cost saving. These machines are all equipped with ISOBUS technology which with the help of the IsoMatch Tellus terminal, can be easily controlled.

Each electric driven seeding element, in combination with GPS and GEOCONTROL, is automatically switched on or off in exactly the right place, ensuring there is no overlap with any row that has already been seeded. This is especially handy in triangular fields, on curved or irregular shaped headlands.

GEOSEED is the precise synchronisation of seed placement across the full working width of the machine. This ensures that seeds are distributed evenly, achieving an optimal pattern—either parallel or diamond-shaped—across the soil surface. The positive effects of this technology are far-reaching. By enhancing seed distribution, GEOSEED maximizes the efficient use of key resources such as nutrients, water, and sunlight, fostering optimal plant growth. Additionally, this uniform planting pattern helps reduce the risks of wind and water erosion, as the even distribution of plants improves soil structure and coverage, leading to better water retention and minimizing soil degradation.

The electric micro-drill for Optima HD-II and SX sowing units enables precise application of microgranules such as nutrients, insecticides, or fungicides. Mounted behind each unit, it features a 17 L hopper and ISOBUS control for accurate operation. A durable plastic housing with stainless steel cell wheels ensures consistent metering.

Operator safety is improved, as cell wheels can be changed without emptying the hopper, reducing contact with granules.

Microgranules are applied without air support, minimising dust emissions and meeting environmental standards.

Full ISOBUS integration allows automatic on and off control, preventing overlaps and ensuring precise application across the field.
