The Kverneland Optima R is a versatile pneumatic precision drill designed for a wide range of crops. With a 3.0 m working width, it is available in a planter row range typically from 4 to 8 rows, with flexible row spacings from 37.5 cm up to 150 cm depending on crop and configuration. The machine can be combined with a 1,000 L central fertiliser hopper or a front tank system for efficient nutrient application alongside seeding.

Built with a modular design, the Optima R 300 can be equipped with mechanical or electric drive systems, along with a range of sowing units to suit different soil conditions. Options include standard rows for conventional conditions, tandem rows for lighter soils, and HD-II units for all soil types, ensuring precise depth control and accurate seed placement. Advanced contour-following capability and features like GEOSEED synchronisation deliver consistent in-line seed positioning for even crop emergence and improved yield potential.
