Kverneland Optima F
The Kverneland Optima F is a universal pneumatic precision drill designed for crops such as maize, sunflower, beet, beans, soya, peas, and many other seed types. With a 6.0 m working width, the folding frame offers quick transport conversion and excellent manoeuvrability. It can be configured with 8 rows for maize, 12 rows for mixed crop use, or up to 16 rows for narrow-row seeding of crops such as maize and rape.
The Optima F can be equipped with either HD-II row units or high-speed SX sowing units. HD-II units are suited to all soil types and both conventional or mulch systems, delivering reliable depth control and precise seed placement. SX units are engineered for high-output planting, providing accurate singulation and seed placement at speeds of up to 18 km/h without compromising emergence. Both systems offer excellent contour following for uniform crop establishment.
Fully ISOBUS compatible and ready for GEOCONTROL and GEOSEED, the Optima F automatically controls row shut-off to reduce overlaps and synchronises seed placement across the full working width for improved yield potential. With Kverneland Sync, real-time machine data can also be transferred for full monitoring, documentation, and service support.
