The Agrofarm 5 Series is powered by durable SDF 1000 Series four-cylinder liquid-cooled engines, available in naturally aspirated and turbocharged variants. Designed for long service life and low operating costs, they deliver reliable performance with strong power output. High-pressure fuel injection of up to 1200 bar provides fast response to changing loads, while the rigid engine block and optimised combustion chambers reduce fuel consumption, engine noise, vibration, and wear for efficient day-to-day operation.

The Agrofarm 5 Series features a modular transmission designed to suit a wide range of farming applications. Available with 5 speeds across up to four ranges, including a super-creeper option, it offers up to 40 forward and 40 reverse speeds with the Hi-Lo transmission.

An optional hydraulic PowerShuttle with adjustable modulation enables smooth clutch-free direction changes, making loader work and manoeuvring easier. ComfortClutch further enhances operation by allowing gear changes at the touch of a button, reducing operator fatigue while improving productivity and efficiency throughout the working day.

The Agrofarm 5 offers a choice of 540/1000 rpm or 540/540 ECO PTO configurations to suit a wide range of applications. A hydraulically controlled wet multi-plate clutch and removable PTO shaft ensure reliable power transfer and long-term durability. ECO PTO operation helps reduce fuel consumption during lighter tasks, while the optional ground-speed synchronised PTO is ideal for driven axle trailers, pickup wagons, and muck spreaders operating on challenging terrain.

The hydraulic system provides precise position, draft, and mixed control for mounted implements, with adjustable flow rates to suit a wide range of applications. Six-way remote control valves ensure accurate hydraulic operation, while EasyLift and automatic link-end couplers simplify implement attachment. A dual hydraulic pump delivers up to 68 l/min for reliable performance across the rear linkage and auxiliary valves.

The Agrofarm 5 delivers excellent traction, stability, and safety on hillsides and challenging terrain. High ground clearance, balanced weight distribution, four-wheel drive, and oil-immersed disc brakes provide confident performance, even with heavy mounted implements. An independent parking brake and optional hydraulic trailer braking system enhance transport safety. A dedicated steering pump ensures light, responsive steering at low engine speeds while also supplying transmission lubrication for reliable operation on steep slopes.
