Kverneland TwinFill automates filling for iXter B and iXtra sprayer combinations, ensuring both front and rear tanks receive the correct volume and identical spray concentration in a single process. Operators simply enter the total tank volume or area to be sprayed, eliminating the need to measure chemicals twice and reducing filling time. The system accurately calculates water and chemical requirements, minimising waste while ensuring the spray mix is ready to use immediately. Multi-Tank Management also allows different spray mixes, clean water storage, or separate applications, delivering outstanding flexibility for mixed farming and contracting operations.

The Kverneland sprayer range is 100% ISOBUS compatible as standard, providing seamless plug-and-play operation with the Tellus 700, Tellus 1200, and other AEF-certified terminals. Kverneland Boom Guide automatically maintains the ideal spray height using ultrasonic sensors for accurate, consistent boom control across varying field conditions. Standard Hybrid Mode measures both crop height and ground level, ensuring precise nozzle positioning in open, closed, or uneven crops to improve application accuracy and reduce spray drift. Boom Guide ComfortActive provides cost-effective automatic height and slope control, while Boom Guide Pro independently controls each boom wing for superior contour following. Kverneland SpotSpray helps reduce chemical use by applying spray only where it is needed. Using prescription maps through the iXspray software on Tellus 700 or Tellus 1200 terminals, the system automatically switches spray sections on and off to target specific weed patches, wet areas, or problem zones. This improves crop protection while reducing input costs, minimising crop stress, and lowering environmental impact. SpotSpray also accurately calculates spray volume requirements, increasing efficiency by covering more hectares per tank. With a simple software licence, it provides a cost-effective solution for farmers and contractors seeking greater precision.

The Kverneland chemical inductor is designed to integrate a Closed Transfer System (CTS) directly at the filling station. CTS provides a safe, precise, and environmentally friendly way to transfer crop protection products into the sprayer, reducing spills, operator exposure, and contamination risks.

The system allows accurate filling at the correct concentration while also rinsing containers and equipment. Containers are emptied completely, leaving clean cans ready for recycling.

With CTS, containers connect directly to the unit, removing the need for manual pouring into an open hopper. Remaining product can still be measured accurately, while powders and granules can be added through the induction bowl.

The DAT camera system on Kverneland sprayers is a precision tool that helps farmers and contractors reduce spray liquid through targeted patch spraying. DAT Ecopatch identifies weeds in wheat, cereals, and oilseed rape, then activates the correct nozzles automatically at speeds up to 10 km/h.

Built around the principle that weeds often grow in patches, the system offers a practical and cost-effective solution. Operation is simple through the Tellus 700, Tellus 1200, or other AEF-certified terminals.

As-applied data and weed heat maps are instantly available for analysis. Spray savings of up to 58% have been achieved, while reducing crop damage and increasing spraying capacity.
