The Deutz-Fahr 5D TTV range is powered by FARMotion 45 engines featuring Common Rail injection up to 2000 bar, 7-hole piezo injectors, an electronically controlled viscostatic fan, and PowerCore air filter. This technology delivers strong performance, excellent fuel efficiency, high torque at low engine speeds, and low maintenance requirements.

The 5115 D TTV produces 116 HP in normal use, rising to 126 HP for transport with Overboost.

New Zealand models are available in Tier 3 specification without AdBlue or DPF. Stage V factory options are also available, using DOC, EGR, DPF, and SCR systems while maintaining compact design, visibility, and steering performance.

The in-house developed SDF TTV continuously variable transmission delivers seamless, efficient power with minimal losses. It combines the efficiency of a mechanical gearbox with the comfort of hydrostatic drive, helping maximise productivity.

Two automatic work ranges allow road speeds up to 40 km/h at low engine RPM while maintaining strong field performance. Clutch use and gear shifting are eliminated, with all movement controlled smoothly through the joystick and throttle.

PowerZero safely holds the tractor on steep slopes, reducing brake pedal use. Operators can choose Auto, PTO, or Manual modes, while an ergonomic joystick and adjustable Eco to Power settings provide simple, precise control.

The generous standard equipment contributes significantly to the versatility of the Deutz-Fahr 5D TTV family. The rear PTO already comes as standard with 540 rpm, 540 ECO and 1000 rpm speed modes. Also standard is an electrohydraulic PTO clutch, engaged progressively and without sudden kickback either from the ergonomically situated button on the MaxCom console or from outside the cab, using control buttons mounted on the rear mudguards. But that’s not all: another standard feature is a function which engages and disengages the PTO automatically in relation to rear lift height, saving precious time during headland turns.

The hydraulic system of the Deutz-Fahr 5D TTV family may be configured with an 84 l/min pump or with a Load Sensing pump with an impressive capacity of 100 l/min on tap at an engine speed of just 1850 rpm. This latter variant also delivers 70 l/min of oil flow at an engine speed of only 1300 rpm, for maximum productivity with power hungry implements even at low engine speeds.

All Deutz-Fahr 5D TTV tractors are equipped with an additional 42 l/min pump dedicated solely to the hydraulic steering system, for seamless and progressive steering action even at idle speed, irrespective of any other hydraulic demands.

Deutz_Fahr 5D TTV tractors feature premium axle, brake, and safety systems, including all-wheel braking for stronger stopping performance, especially on corners and slopes. The SDD function halves steering wheel turns for faster headland manoeuvres, then automatically deactivates at higher speeds for better road precision.

Alongside a conventional front axle, an optional double wishbone independent suspension system improves comfort, traction, grip, and stability in field and road conditions.

Adaptive electrohydraulic control includes self-levelling, Anti-Dive, Anti-Roll, and traction management for precise work. Suspension height can be adjusted from the cab, while electrohydraulic 4WD and differential lock are standard.

The spacious 4-pillar cab of the Deutz-Fahr 5D TTV comes standard with air conditioning, hydro-silent block suspension, MaxCom armrest controls, InfoCentrePro LCD display, Bluetooth radio, and an air-sprung driver seat. Optional features include an FOPS roof and Cat.4 filtration system for PPE-certified crop protection work.

Despite compact dimensions, the cab offers premium comfort usually found in larger tractors. The MaxCom armrest, integrated into the seat, places key controls within easy reach using DEUTZ-FAHR’s intuitive colour-coded layout.

Optional halogen or LED lighting is available, while the precision farming pack adds autosteer, ISOBUS, and the 8-inch iMonitor3 display.
