A smooth foot-operated Hydrostatic transmission means both of the operator's hands are on the steering wheel rather than one on a hand controller. This allows more control making it safer for the operator.

All of the mowers vital systems are clearly shown at a glance thanks to LED technology. Everything from low fuel level, battery voltage and blade engagement are shown. There is also an audible alarm to notify the operator when the catcher is full.

With Hondas Versa-mow system you no longer need an additional mulch plug fitting as it is in-built. This easy lever-activated feature allows changing on the go depending on conditions.

Power is by Hondas smooth and powerful GXV690 OHV 4-Stroke V-twin motor. This offers great fuel consumption with low emissions, low vibration, and long operational life span.

The larger 48 (122cm) deck is made of durable steel with automotive levels of anti-corrosion treatment. In-built hose connectors allow easy cleaning once the cutting is finished. Blade engagement is via an electro-mechanical clutch for easy engagement.

A 350L fluted catcher bag provides for a large load, improved catching performance all with lower dust and noise. It has an easy tip with a sliding lever at arms reach.

Honda Opti flow
This is a fan powered system that starts at the air intake and forces grass clippings through the cutting deck, up to the grass ejection tunnel and out into the huge catcher. This maximizes the ability for the catcher to hold as much as possible before it needs to be emptied, giving you more time out cutting and less time emptying the catch.
