BA Pumps Kiwifruit Specialised Airblast Trailed Sprayer.
2000L Tank - Impact resistant, UV stabilised polyethylene tank with smooth finish for easy cleaning. Flush (120L) & hand wash (10L) tanks
included. Two lids with basket filters & chemical mixer: one lid for top filling & the other for chemical inclusion to eliminate
splashing on operator. Drain valve with cam lock fitting & calibrated sight tubes.
Pump - Bertolini PBO1540 Diaphragm Pump 150 LPM 50 Bar
Nozzles - 20 brass non-drip rollover nozzle bodies complete with 2 sets of ceramic Teejet TXR or ceramic disc & core hollow cone nozzles
calibrated to the customers requirement. Stainless steel manifolds eliminate corrosion.
Controls - Electric ball valves with electric pressure adjustment & pressure relief valve. Includes 12V in-cab switch box & wiring loom.
Upgrade to the Arag 350 Bravo Auto Rate Control Unit.
Agitation - SUPER-MIX Venturi agitator, plus bypass for maximum product agitation.
Filters - 3 stage filtration, basket lid filter, suction filter, 2 x pressure filters (1 per section) & nozzle tip strainers.
Fan - 920mm fan diameter, 8 aluminium blades for minimal flex with 7 blade pitch adjustments, air correction vanes for superior air
distribution.
Gearbox - 2 speed gearbox with neutral and soft start clutch.
Fan Output Low gearbox speed: 90,000* m3/hr High gearbox speed: 112,000* m3/hr.
*Air output at mid blade pitch setting, independently tested at the University of Bologna, Italy.
PTO Shaft - Wide angle PTO shaft fitted as standard.
Drawbar - Swivel Hitch, Adjustable height & length
Chassis - Hot Dipped Galvanised full length channel section chassis engineered & designed for strength, minimal dirt & moisture retention
for maximum corrosion resistance & long service life. Fitted standard with side & rear protection bars.
