ELDOS is electrically driven by e-bas and e-com, with e-com fully ISOBUS compatible, while e-bas operates as a standalone system. GEOCONTROL via GPS prevents double seeding, and sensors ensure reliable operation from the cab. Five rotors are available for fine seeds, large seeds, or fertiliser, with quick, tool-free changes. Application rates from 1 to 400 kg/ha are possible depending on speed and width, and the metering device is easily accessible.

Calibration is simple thanks to separate seed guidance. A remote control allows operation at the metering unit, with no gear adjustments required. Values are entered in the terminal, calibration runs automatically, and a flap prevents seed loss.

The compact design of the Kverneland DG II allows road transport without special permits, with a width of 3 m and height of 4 m meeting European regulations. It can pass easily under bridges and through tunnels.

The machine connects via a CAT 3 lower link hitch and is equipped with road lights and warning signs. Optional dual-circuit air or hydraulic brakes ensure safe and compliant transport.

Strong axles and flotation wheels provide excellent towing stability at speeds up to 40 km/h, reducing transport time. Its manoeuvrability allows access to smaller or hard-to-reach fields, while a sturdy parking leg ensures safe and stable parking.

To support the 6000 L seed hopper and two-section coulter bar, the Kverneland DG II features a sturdy frame that evenly distributes weight between the carrier axle and tractor.

Large 800/45 x 26.5 wheels ensure stable road handling and low soil pressure. During operation, independently mounted toolbars are supported by sensor wheels, providing accurate tracking and consistent seed depth for each coulter.

Powerful hydraulic cylinders enable smooth and safe conversion between transport and working positions. This design ensures reliability, precise seeding performance, and efficient operation across varying field and transport conditions.

Kverneland’s Active-on system allows coulter pressure adjustment up to 80 kg, optimising interaction between coulter pressure and toolbar pressure across the full working width. Higher pressure increases back pressure on the coulters, ensuring excellent penetration. On e-com models, pressure can be adjusted between 0 and 90 bar directly from the cab.

The system uses sensors to automatically maintain the set pressure, ensuring consistent sowing depth and precision. During headland turns, pressure is briefly neutralised to reduce load on toolbar wheels, then automatically restored when work resumes.

This intelligent system improves performance, reduces wear, and ensures reliable, consistent seeding results.

The CD mulch seed coulter features two Ø410 mm steel discs with 12.5 cm row spacing. Its slim design reduces soil movement, lowering pressure requirements and allowing up to 80 kg of coulter pressure to be directed to the press wheels. Pressure is infinitely adjustable.

Maintenance-free disc bearings ensure smooth operation, while Ø380 mm rubber press wheels provide a self-cleaning effect, reducing the need for scrapers. Coulter staggering is 175 mm, with central adjustment for both pressure and seed depth via the ISOBUS terminal.
