The McHale Fusion Vario Plus is a fully automatic, integrated variable chamber baler wrapper designed for high-output agricultural use. It combines the capabilities of a variable chamber baler with a high-speed vertical wrapping ring, allowing a single operator to complete both tasks in one operation.

Variable Bale Sizes: It produces bales of hay and straw from 0.6m to 1.68m (2' to 5'6 ) and silage/haylage bales from 1m to 1.45m (3'3 to 4'8 ).
Film-on-Film Technology: Unlike standard models, the Plus version can apply net replacement film or net wrap to the barrel of the bale, improving silage quality and bale shape.
High-Speed Wrapping: Its vertical wrapping ring can apply four layers of film to a standard 1.25m bale in approximately 20 seconds.
Patented Transfer System: Features a unique bale transfer cradle that pivots to reduce the distance a bale must travel to reach the wrapper, ensuring the wrapping process stays ahead of the baler.
