COVID-19 Update

To Our Valued Customers

We are currently experiencing an unprecedented global pandemic and accordingly it was announced that New Zealanders are now on Alert Level 4 of the COVID-19 measures instituted by the Government recently.

This means:
• People are instructed to stay at home
• Educational facilities closed
• Businesses closed except for essential services
• Rationing of supplies and requisitioning of facilities
• Travel severely limited
• Major reprioritisation of healthcare services

It is our understanding that companies such as Power Farming are currently considered an essential business as we are part of the supply chain providing critical services to primary producers.

We therefore are available to support your key farming activities and we have introduced the following measures:

• Anyone in our organisation who can work from home is doing so. People who are required on-site will be following strict hygiene and separation measures. Where appropriate, we have split teams into different groups to ensure there can be no cross-contamination.

• All staff will be available by phone or email. We are able to visit your operation for critical service work but will only do so with a prior appointment and are under conditions that suit your requirements. Appropriate separation and hygiene measures will apply.

• Our showrooms and branches are closed to visitors. For any parts and critical servicing contact us via phone or email and we will ensure the continuity of your business will occur. We also have an on-line facility for parts delivery that can be accessed at partsdirect.farm. Due to the current restrictions on the courier industry, delivery may take longer, but it will be delivered, as our primary industry are currently considered an essential business.

• When you require a service please provide clear instructions when booking either by phone, email or our website. This is so we can plan how to minimise contact. Rest assured all service technicians attending to machinery will be trained and equipped with hygiene standards and will be disinfecting appropriately before they leave your machinery ready for you to use. As you will appreciate, our workshops are off-limits to all visitors.

Our key objective is to support key food producers of New Zealand whilst all the time providing the best possible protection for everybody concerned.

We will get through this together.

Best regards

The team at Power Farming
